What is the AI actually doing for my spa?
Short version: it writes drafts. You decide what sends. Every morning it prepares a few small notes for you. Each one waits for your tap. Approve it or skip it. That is the whole system, and the rest of this page just proves it. Under a four minute read.

True or false: The AI can message my clients on its own.
False. The AI writes drafts and holds them. Nothing reaches a client until you tap Approve. If you skip a draft, it is simply never sent. If you do nothing at all, nothing happens.
True or false: I will have to learn new software.
False. There is no new system to master and nothing to install. You read a short draft and tap Approve or Skip. That is the whole job. Email is the default channel; texts go only to clients who already said yes to texts.
True or false: It promises my spa money.
False. It never promises results. A made-up demo number is labeled Sample. An estimate built from your own numbers is labeled (projected). Neither label is a promise, and no real dollar is claimed until a client actually books.

A morning at your spa, in four small steps
1. It reads your calendar and client list
Each morning, before you open, the AI looks over your bookings and your client list. It notices quiet things: a regular who has not been back in a while, an open slot on a busy day.
It looks. It does not touch.
2. It writes short drafts
It drafts a friendly hello to the client who drifted away, or a note about that open slot. Plain words, your business name, no pushy sales voice.
Drafts are just drafts. They sit and wait for you.
3. You read and tap
Over coffee, you read each draft. Tap Approve if you like it. Tap Skip if you do not. There is no penalty for skipping, ever.
You hold the only send button.
4. Approved notes go out
Only after your tap does an email go to that client. Texts go only to clients who already said yes to texts. Every send is written down in a record you own.
