Your logo (PNG or SVG) and any badges or certifications you want shown.

2. Photo pack

10 to 20 photos: your space, your work, your people.

Smartphone shots in natural daylight are perfect. We handle color and sizing.

3. Services & pricing

Your current menu, price list, or packages in any format.

A photo of a printed menu counts. We build the clean version.

4. Booking / software access

Admin access to the tools you already use.

Square, Mindbody, Fresha, Vagaro, Jane, Mitchell1, Shop-Ware, Boulevard, Acuity, Calendly.

5. Hours & contact

Regular hours, holiday schedule, and a text-enabled phone number.

This is what Google, Maps, and AI assistants read, so accuracy here pays.

6. Staff bios

Names, roles, and two sentences per person.

Plain words beat polished ones. Write it like you would say it to a neighbor.

7. Domain / website access

Registrar login or delegated access to your domain.
